Rana Salem is a first-year attorney in the corporate group at Faegre Drinker. At the firm, she co-leads the Chicago office’s diversity collective and finds so much joy in organizing events for and getting the collective together.

Rana graduated from Chicago-Kent last year, where she was president of the Corporate Law Society, competed on the trial team, and was part of the student bar association. Throughout law school, Rana worked part-time in her school’s career services center, clerked with various law firms, and was an extern to the Honorable Judge Conlon in chancery court.

Rana grew up just outside of Chicago and is grateful to now be practicing law in the city that she loves and hopes to give back to the community by mentoring and helping students figure out their career paths, as so many did (and still do) for her.
